Field Sales Executive – Direct Booking Promotions (Malls & Exhibitions)

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our field sales team for direct booking promotional activities across malls and tour & travel exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Undergraduate – Freshers and candidates with/without prior experience are welcome.
  • Must be comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and festival days.
  • Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to earn through salary + performance-based incentives.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers at malls, exhibitions, and events to promote direct bookings.
  • Effectively communicate in English, Hindi, and the local language to maximize reach.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to upload bookings and manage data accurately.
  • Work in rotational shifts (7 hours with a 30-minute break), including weekends and festivals.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and convert leads into bookings.
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic about working on-ground at promotional events.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Understand and clearly convey the brand’s offerings and benefits to potential customers.
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout customer interactions.
